In order to achieve its objectives and defend the interests of <a href=\"https:\/\/tcm.be\/en\/creditor-definition\/\">creditors<\/a>, the <strong>debt collection department<\/strong> initiates a series of procedures such as sending couriers and legal letters or even calls to establish contact with <a href=\"https:\/\/tcm.be\/en\/debtor-definition\/\">debtors<\/a>. Other conflicts can also be managed by <strong>debt collection employees<\/strong> such as problems concerning a lack of satisfaction with a product or service. &nbsp; Updated 03\/04\/2017<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Definitions provided under this section refer to the Belgian situation; unless specified otherwise.
