Often coming from the private sector, they supervise and speed up the operations, management and liquidation of a <a href=\"https:\/\/tcm.be\/en\/glossarium-en\/bankruptcy\/\">bankruptcy<\/a> carried out by the trustee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Updated 16\/08\/2017<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The definitions in this section reflect the Belgian situation, unless otherwise stated.
