The latter undertakes to accomplish a given service of their own accord, independently of the acceptance of another person.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Testaments<\/strong>, <strong>offers of sale <\/strong>and <a href=\"https:\/\/tcm.be\/en\/acknowledgment-of-debt-between-individuals\/\"><strong>acknowledgements of debt<\/strong><\/a> are examples of <strong>unilateral legal acts<\/strong>.<br><br>Updated 05\/03\/2018<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Definitions provided under this section refer to the Belgian situation; unless specified otherwise.
