A dispute is a formal objection raised by the debtor against a claim, in which they contest the existence of the debt, the amount owed, or the delivery of the goods or services. A founded dispute can impact the recovery process\u2014for example, in B2C cases, a founded contestation requires immediate closure of the file. <\/p>\n\n
