A registered office is the official legal address of a company or legal entity as stated in its articles of association. This address is registered with the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises (CBE) and determines legal, tax and administrative obligations. It is the place where official documents are received and where the company is legally established. For legal entities, service of process must be made at the registered office.<\/p>\n\n
