\u00a0held its Annual General Meeting in Warsaw (Poland) from 16 to 18 May 2017.\u00a0 Over 50 debt collection company executives were present, coming from all corners of the planet including Argentina, Canada, China, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\nThe TCM Guarantee Fund<\/strong>\n\n\n\n One of this meeting\u2019s highlights was the launching of the \u201cTCM Guarantee Fund\u201d; a new system that promises our clients to receive the funds collected even when our local partner defaults (for whatever reason). Indeed, in these troubled times, it could be that the local debt collector gets a payment from the debtor but cannot or doesn\u2019t want to transfer such funds to us.\u00a0 The system we designed covers over 100 countries, making it unique.\u00a0 Indeed, in many a country there are insurance possibilities for such risk but in other countries, especially those where such risk is the highest, such insurance is unavailable.\u00a0 This Guarantee Fund is a new tool that confirms TCM\u2019s world leadership. We\u2019ll come back to it later.<\/p>\n\n\n\nTCM Belgium\u2019s quality acknowledged<\/strong>\n\n\n\n TCM Group operates a sophisticated quality survey since 2003.\u00a0 We appraise our partners on the basis of various precise questions, including on actual success ratios and communication skills.\u00a0 As from 2003, TCM Belgium has been in the top 5 every year. Needless to say that, being always in search of improvement, we are quite proud of this. Since then, such action has been repeated every year to raise funds for a charity located in our host\u2019s country. Technically, each of us brings a few items (like a Bolivian poncho or a Swiss knife) and donates them to the auction, which then sells them to one of us at irrational prices to raise as much money as we can.\u00a0 This year, we collected 24 000 USD to support the\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\nEducational Centre in Laski<\/a>\n\n\n\n \u00a0that was created by El\u017cbieta Ro\u017ca Czacka in the early 20<\/p>\n\n\n\nth<\/sup>\n\n\n\n \u00a0century to educate blind children from their first months of life until the Baccalaureate and Professional Exams.
