Considering that Prayon is internationally oriented, we work primarily with credit insurance. Then, we have TCM for issues that fall between the cracks. Unpaid invoices are scarce at Prayon.\u00a0 Nevertheless, we need to be prudent with international transactions. We focus on excellent internal management including systematic screening of our client\u2019s financials. However, this doesn\u2019t prevent all issues of non-payment. In 2009, we chose TCM because of the \u2018no cure no charge\u2019 principle that they apply, and based on their online claim access.\u00a0 Having said that, the main reason was that they have local people to handle our claims anywhere (where our debtors are). This proves efficient and makes that TCM is still part of the Prayon credit management system eight years later.<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n
