TCM\u2019 s<a href=\"https:\/\/tcm.be\/en\/services\/data-processing\/\">data processing<\/a>systems are cloud based since 2014. Hence, this does not cause any problem.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>A few people keep coming to the office to manage post and other aspects where presence is needed.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>E-mails, mail, phone calls, and other communication systems are monitored.<\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>You can contact us currently as you always could!<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n<li>We postponed our \u201cCredit Management Day\u201d<a href=\"https:\/\/tcm.be\/en\/news\/international-credit-management-day\/\">event<\/a>from May 2020 to May 2021.<\/li>\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Respect for creditors<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n\n<li><strong>TCM keep remitting to its clients<\/strong>, the creditors. What the debtor pays on our bank accounts is yours; this is our top priority.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>In normal times, we remit on a monthly basis. However, if you need prompt transfer of your money, please ask us.<\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>International debt collection<\/strong>is geared to local situation. In many countries, circumstances are like that of Belgium. We are regularly in contact with our<a href=\"https:\/\/tcm.be\/en\/services\/international-debt-collection\/\">international partners<\/a>. Please ask questions if you wish on a specific country\u2019s situation.<\/li>\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Respect for debtors<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n\n<li>We currently<strong>acknowledge a reduction in collected money<\/strong>. It is still too early to provide significant trends. However, a slow down in debtor\u2019s payments is to be anticipated as some sectors of the economy are simply shut down, temporary unemployment is massive, and confinement is implemented.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>We understand that debtors face accrued problems in such circumstances. Hence, we are even more focused on avoiding unnecessary costs and particularly in courts actions.<b>We favor amicable solutions<\/b>and follow up the agreements that debtors concluded with us.<\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>We stopped our<\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/tcm.be\/en\/services\/meeting-debtors-place\/\"><strong>street collection<\/strong><\/a><strong>activity<\/strong>(visits to debtors) on 14 March. It appeared to us that showing up at peoples\u2019 homes and in business offices would be inappropriate when common sense and later on our government required to limit face to face meetings.<\/li>\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Respect for suppliers<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n\n<li>TCM has always been focused on its own core business.
