TCM Belgium, has been part of theTCM Group<\/strong>, an international debt collection network, since 1995 and is the oldest active member of this group!<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

TheTCM Group<\/strong>itself has also pioneered<\/em>international collection of unpaid invoices<\/strong><\/em><\/a>, being the first ever internationally organised collection network.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Importance of international debt collection network<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Why does an international collection network play an important role in collecting international unpaid invoices?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Global yet local<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Through the TCM Group, each member can offerlocal solutions in more than 100 countries<\/strong>. Each partner acts within the legal and cultural framework of the respective country, or even region!
That way, as a creditor, you are assured that no illegal debt collection practices will take place in accordance with local legislation, and that you will not be at risk of litigation.
In addition, a local approach, in one’s own language and according to one’s own customs, has a higher impact in collecting unpaid invoices than a general summons from abroad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Adherence to code of ethics<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

On top of ensuring that each country’s legislation is followed to perfection by our partners,all TCM Group members must also subscribe to a code of ethics<\/strong>. This assures the creditor that the debtor will be treated correctly wherever they are.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Insurance on the collected money<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Not only is the creditor assured of a correct follow-up of the unpaid invoice, he is alsoassured that the collected money actually reaches his account<\/strong>!
Regardless of legal or politico-economic situations that might block a payment. In the event of a transfer problem, the TCM Group Guarantee Fund assists. All group members pay an annual contribution to this fund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Every year, the TCM Group holds an AGM (Annual General Meeting).
