Il permet \u00e9galement \u00e0 son titulaire d\u2019en obtenir l\u2019ex\u00e9cution et autorise un <a href=\"https:\/\/tcm.be\/fr\/huissier-de-justice\/\">huissier de justice<\/a> \u00e0 proc\u00e9der \u00e0 ce qu\u2019on appelle l\u2019<strong>ex\u00e9cution forc\u00e9e<\/strong> (en cas de n\u00e9gligence du d\u00e9biteur face \u00e0 ce commandement).<br><br>Dans le cadre du <strong>recouvrement de cr\u00e9ance<\/strong> , lorsqu\u2019un <a href=\"https:\/\/tcm.be\/fr\/debiteur-definition\/\">d\u00e9biteur<\/a> doit de l\u2019argent \u00e0 son <a href=\"https:\/\/tcm.be\/fr\/creancier-definition\/\">cr\u00e9ancier<\/a> et qu\u2019il ne l\u2019a pas r\u00e9gl\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re volontaire, le <strong>titre ex\u00e9cutoire<\/strong> obtenu en justice \u00e9tablit alors avec certitude l\u2019existence de la <a href=\"https:\/\/tcm.be\/fr\/dette\/\">dette<\/a> , le montant d\u00fb ainsi que la personne qui en est redevable.<br><br>Trois types de <strong>titres ex\u00e9cutoires<\/strong> existent\u00a0:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Les jugements<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La contrainte administrative<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les actes notari\u00e9s<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Les d\u00e9finitions fournies dans cette section r\u00e9f\u00e8rent \u00e0 la situation belge ; sauf si autrement sp\u00e9cifi\u00e9.
