Au cours de cette p\u00e9riode festive, nous avons demand\u00e9 \u00e0 nos coll\u00e8gues de faire leur propre bilan de cette ann\u00e9e 2019 chez TCM. Aujourd\u2019hui, c\u2019est au tour de Kim, notre responsable comptable et RH.<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0<em><strong>Kim, de quoi tu te souviendras-tu principalement de cette ann\u00e9e chez TCM ?<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n\n<li>En mars 2019, j&#8217;ai c\u00e9l\u00e9br\u00e9 mon dixi\u00e8me (!) anniversaire au sein TCM. Arriv\u00e9e en 2009 en tant que nouvelle recrue (m\u00eame soci\u00e9t\u00e9 mais adresse diff\u00e9rente \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9poque), Il est clair que la vie (professionnelle) d\u00e9file et, ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, j&#8217;ai v\u00e9cu \u00e9norm\u00e9ment de changements. Par exemple, nous avons non seulement chang\u00e9 d\u2019endroit, mais j&#8217;ai aussi 3 syst\u00e8mes informatiques diff\u00e9rents derri\u00e8re moi. Du c\u00f4t\u00e9 priv\u00e9, je suis \u00e9galement devenue maman de 2 magnifiques enfants. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l&#8217;alternance travail \u00e0 temps partiel\/temps plein et les horaires flexibles dont je peux b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier, j\u2019arrive \u00e0 obtenir non seulement ma vie professionnelle mais \u00e9galement ma vie de famille bien organis\u00e9e. #r\u00e9compensem\u00e9rit\u00e9e<\/li>\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n\n<li>Chez TCM Belgium, je suis responsable de la comptabilit\u00e9 interne, de l&#8217;administration RH et de l\u2019introduction des nouveaux dossiers. Cette ann\u00e9e 2019 a \u00e9t\u00e9 tr\u00e8s charg\u00e9e compte tenu de tous les ajustements et d\u00e9veloppements informatiques (oui, encore une fois !) qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 mis en place l&#8217;ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re. Il suffit de penser \u00e0 tous les plug-ins n\u00e9cessaires pour obtenir un syst\u00e8me de comptabilit\u00e9 automatis\u00e9, impl\u00e9menter une application Payconic, \u00e9tablir des connexions API, &#8230;.
