Congo to consider claims from foreigners expropriated under Mobutu

Have you ever heard of ZAIRINISATION in CONGO?
Under president Mobutu, a “Zairianisation” policy was conducted between 1963 and 1975. For many foreigners, persons or companies, it entailed expropriation.
A few days ago, the Ministry of Finance of the Democratic Republic of Congo (RDC) issued a notice for all persons or companies having lost properties because of this “Zairianisation” that they could introduce a claim for indemnification.
Such claim NEEDS TO BE FILED BEFORE 6 NOVEMBER 2021!
If you wish us to help you claiming what belonged to you, please contact us urgently. We have a colleague in Kinshasa who is knows about this (and even contributed to create this opportunity).
