The end of the year is approaching, time for some (self-)reflection! During this festive period we ask our TCM colleagues to take a look back at their personal TCM highlights of 2019. Today it is Kim’s turn, our accountant and HR responsible. Kim, what will you mainly remember about the past TCM year? 

• In 2019 (March) I celebrated my tenth (!) work jubilee at TCM. I arrived at TCM in 2009, still wet behind the ears, at a different postal address though. (Company) life clearly does not stand still, and in recent years I have seen many changes. For example, not only have we changed location, but I also worked with 3 different IT-systems up to know. Meanwhile, I’m also the proud mom of two kids who are usually up to no good. Thanks to my flexible working hours I can not only organize my paperwork at TCM properly, but my family life as well. #celebrationtime

• I’m responsible for the internal accountancy, HR, and file registrations. 2019 was a particularly busy year for me, given all the IT adaptations and IT developments (yes, again!) that were implemented last year. Just think of plug-ins for obtaining automated accounting, implementing a Payconiq app, making API connections, … . A lot of consultations with IT bright heads! #nerdalert
