Online clients access

A new tool, and especially a new clients’ web access entails getting used to it. We modified your existing website access focusing on user-friendliness. It is nowonlineand accessible to all. What are its main features?

• The system is secured: nobody can access your data, your claims and your messages without your password. This password is managed by the system and we cannot see it. Note: to modify your password, just click “Forgot your password?”. Nathurally this works also if you forgot your password.

• The system is in 3 languages: English, French and Dutch .
• You can introduce your claims comfortably: whether you are an existing client or a new one, you can add receivables. But, if you prefer, you can still entrust claims like you used to do in the past.
• Access your claims: you can access each of your claims and watch its progress. You can download statistics in the way of lists. You can manage such lists in Excel. Naturally, we’ll keep informing you as we did in the past.
• Communicate: you can send secured messages to the person in charge of your file and receive secured messages from them. Privacy laws prohibit the exchange of data about private individuals (name, address, debt, …) if such transfer is not appropriately secured. The « https://cmsonline.tcm.be » is secured and allows messages with annexes like in a common email but then secured as legally prescribed. That is why we are keen for you to use this part of our website. And it is quite easy to use! When we’ll create a message for you, the system will send you an e-mail containing a link to the details of our communication. Hence, such details and possible sensitive information will be available only to you, having a login-password.

• Assistance: you can ask us for help at any time, for instance by phone, if you are jammed.
