Submit a claim

• email: Stuur een email naar claims@tcm.be (niet toegestaan dat er gegevens inzake privépersonen doorgegeven worden; gelieve voor deze soort gegevens ons Platform (beneden punt 3) te gebruiken)
• Request our standard Excel template, complete it, and send it to claims@tcm.be. Please note that personal data relating to private individuals may not be transmitted by email; for such information, please use our Platform (see point 3 below).

You will receive a confirmation email from us within 5 working hours.

We immediately start the amicable efforts.

We need to obtain the following information when you wish to file:

• name/firman name debtor
• address details debtor
• date of birth of debtor (if available and applicable)
• debtor’s phone number (if available)
• email address of debtor (if available)
• copy of the outstanding invoice/ outstanding claim
• settlement (payable, paid, balance)
• your terms and conditions (to attach any costs and interest)
• When starting the first file: a contract with us (ask for our contract)

TCM also has an online platform where you can easily enter your outstanding claim yourself.

You can track your file online and leave messages for tcm employees. Adjustments and payments can be entered with just a few clicks.
