Sanne Mistiaen: Senior Credit Controller

The end of the year is approaching, time for some (self-)reflection! During this festive period we ask our TCM colleagues to take a look back at their personal TCM highlights of 2019. Today it is Sanne’s turn, our senior credit controller. Sanne, what will you mainly remember about the past TCM year? 

• I have been working at TCM Belgium for many years now, in various positions. The role I have fulfilled for the longest time is that of full-time sales officer, the right hand of sales manager Sven Dereze. In 2019 I took the step back to credit control, which feels a bit like going back to the roots to me. However, at TCM you are never ‘stuck’ in a position, and I still jump in regularly where necessary. That’s what keeps the work interesting. Sales is in my blood after all, so I don’t rule out a further career in that region. Who knows what will be professionally under the TCM Christmas tree in 2020? Lots of possible gifts to unpack! #Personal growth

• I’m a sucker for Christmas, and everybody knows it! I’m very lucky that my colleagues are willing to share my enthusiasm, and not only for Christmas!  I often get our young and dynamic team mobilized to take a step into the world. But 2019 will be the first year in TCM Belgium’s history that we get to pull out our best wrong Christmas outfit! Maybe you’ve already noticed the dress code of our pictures for the annual review series? #uglychristmassweaterday
