Thatquality surveyis part of the international TCM Group’sphilosophy of protecting shared ethical values and standards, and supporting economic and political goals.

Each partner within the group must therefore meetspecific targets to be part of the network(recognition, solvency, experience, etc.). In addition, the partners give each other moreextensive gradingon matters such as responsiveness, collections, transmission of files, etc. .

Since its very start, theTCM Belgium teamhas strived forquality follow-up, both to creditor and debtor and to international partners. A 1st place is then the icing on the cake, and great recognition for the work done. We have also never fallen outside the top 5 in the last few decades.

What are we working very hard on?

• A solid foundation, with plenty of expertise and know-how, is the start. On average, our employees have more than 10 years’ experience in the sector, and TCM Belgium is usually their first employer. We also like toshare this knowledgeinternally with partners, but equally externally at the request of customers/schools/… .

• Our site visitsoften provide the solution within the amicable process. That extra service we can offer, carried out by lawyers on our own payroll, makes all the difference.

• TCM Belgium is part ofthe international network TCM Group, of which our CEO Sven Dereze recently became chairman. This allows us to offer local solutions to our clients in more than 100 countries worldwide. We know the partners within that network personally, and therefore know to whom we entrust your files.
