Meeting international debt collection network TCM GROUP

TheTCM Group‘s AGM is already over. This year, the gathering of the partners of theinternational debt collection networkTCM Group took place in sunny L.A. .

Quality survey

Every year,a quality surveyis conducted among the group’s members. Quality is held in high regard by the group, and is one of the spearheads that sets us apart in the international debt collection market. It also keeps the partners on their toes among each other.

The result of thatquality survey was 1st place for TCM Belgium, and of course we are extremely proud of that! In recent years we have never fallen outside the top five, and we work hard for that.

Charity auction

The TCM Group subscribes tothe same code of ethics. We recognise the social responsibility placed on us and the impact we can have on companies and people in financial distress. As an amicable actor, we ensure that a chance for an amicable outcome without procedural costs is seen as an opportunity by both parties.

To underline this social responsibility even more strongly, the TCM GROUP supportsa charity every year. This charity is chosen by the host country hosting the AGM.An auction for the charity, with props brought by the partners from their home countries, is organised to raise as much money as possible.

This year’s chosen charity isWorld of Children & CommonTerra, an organisation working internationally for the future of socially vulnerable children. USD 18 860 was raised during this auction.

Personal contact with partners

Typical of our operation is the importance ofpersonal contact. Both to creditors and debtors, but also to ourpartners. We know who we are working with and who looks after the files you entrust to us.

Difficult issues that clients (and prospects) are struggling with can also be presented and dealt with using theirlocal expertise.

The AGM meetings are also used to keepthe internal organisation on trackand ensure thatall partners are on the same page. Not only is there the same code of ethics, but targets are also set in terms of experience, revenue, solvency, and so on.

We are also proud to announce that our CEO Sven Dereze has been elected the new chairman of the TCM Group. Together with the rest of the board, and the partners within the group, we are working hard on the further future of our international debt collection network.
