Prayon finds its international debt recovery solution with TCM

Prayon, the international phosphate producer, generated 709 million EUR revenue in 2015 with a total employment of 1097 people. Prayon concluded a partnership with TCM in 2009. TCM is a member of Essenscia Benefits.

Considering that Prayon is internationally oriented, we work primarily with credit insurance. Then, we have TCM for issues that fall between the cracks. Unpaid invoices are scarce at Prayon. Nevertheless, we need to be prudent with international transactions. We focus on excellent internal management including systematic screening of our client’s financials. However, this doesn’t prevent all issues of non-payment. In 2009, we chose TCM because of the ‘no cure no charge’ principle that they apply, and based on their online claim access. Having said that, the main reason was that they have local people to handle our claims anywhere (where our debtors are). This proves efficient and makes that TCM is still part of the Prayon credit management system eight years later.
