• The price for DELEGATES participating in the AGM is 1250 EUR (excluding hotel room; including lunches, coffee breaks and evening dinners).
• The price for PARTNERS who do not participate in the business meetings but attend the spouse program activities is 950 EUR (excluding hotel room; including visits, lunches, and evening dinners).
• The price for CHILDREN under 12 years old who attend the spouse program activities is 500 EUR (excluding hotel room; including visits, lunches and evening dinners).
• The price for the -optional- Saturday tour to Bruges is 250 EUR, including transport, visits and lunch.

An invoice will be sent to you in February 2020 with due date for payment by 15 March 2020.

These prices will be increased by 10% if you register after 15 January 2020.

• Check-in time is 3:00 pm, check-out is available until 12:00 noon.  Early arrivals or late departures are subject to availability.  50% late check-out charge levied for departures between noon and 6:00 pm. A full day charge will be levied for departures after 6:00 pm.

These prices will be increased by 10% if you register after 31 January 2020. (Please note that hotel nights are negotiated at the special rate of 240 EUR for a standard room but will increase to 265 EUR for those who do not commit in time.)

• Please check with your embassy regarding the requirements in terms of a visa
• The closest airport is Brussels – Zaventem.
• From there, you can take a taxi (15 km; depending on traffic, it takes from 30 minutes to over 1 hour).
• The hotel Amigo offers a limousine pick up (90€ one way; see hotel registration form).
• The train station Bruxelles-Central (French) or Brussel-Centraal (Dutch) is 30 minutes from the airport and only a 5 minute walk from the hotel Amigo.
• The Eurostar and Thalys (fast train from/to UK, France, Netherlands) arrive at Bruxelles-Midi (French) / Brussel-Zuid (Dutch).  The Eurostar/Thalys tickets are to any destination in Belgium (you don’t need an additional ticket from Bruxelles-Midi to Bruxelles-Central.

Please note that TCM Belgium will cover the costs of the clients’ day (theatre renting, catering, etc.). Any business originating from this meeting is to be co-ordinated through TCM BE or at least with TCM BE’s knowledge and consent.   

The charity auction, which started in Beijing/2013, is now well established and will be held on Wednesday night.

The benefits will go to “TADA” 

TADA is a non-profit organisation that provides supplementary, voluntary, motivational and society-oriented education for children aged 10 to 14, who come from the most socioeconomically disadvantaged neighbourhoods in Brussels. Over the course of three school years the TADA pupils discover diverse aspects of society in weekly experiential classes. Every Saturday the TADA pupils receive courses from inspiring professionals – volunteers – from all areas of the labour market, for example entrepreneurs, engineers, chefs, lawyers, and journalists. Through experiential learning and courses on topics such as law or finances for kids, TADA shows kids what “later” could have in store for them.

Besides, TADA is well know for welcoming recently immigrated children, offering them an additional opportunity to learn about local customs, languages as well as various other topics.

Please bring one item (maximum two if you really can’t limit to one), unique to your country for the auction. Please note that the value of items should not exceed 400 USD.
