Doubtful claim

A doubtful or bad debt is a debt who probably or definitely can no longer beïnd. By contrast, the person or company that is the beneficiary of the claim does not possess elements that concretely demonstrate that that claim permanently lost. Therefore, this is a claim with a "dubious" character, no "threatened."
