The school year is once again a few weeks underway, and we hope that the September rush has quieted down!

Traditionally, this period we would like tothank you– the more than 900 schoolswe assist in finding an amicable and humane solution to unpaid school bills –for trustingin our cooperation.

Our intervention remains relevant and becomes even more relevant!

The coronavirus and current energy prices throw up new challenges, things will not get any easier for families in difficulty and schools will see even more unpaid bills. This is precisely whyour intervention remains relevant: in difficult times, a (debt collection) service that keepshumanityat its core is crucial!

Neither schools nor parents should have to break their heads over unpaid school bills. In reality, however, we see that this problem isinevitable, but we do believe that our framing and support offersa correct answer.

A cost-effective amicable solution for both the school and parents

We look fora suitable amicable solution tailored to both the school and the parents, avoiding escalating (bailiff) and procedural costs and preserving the relationship between both parties.We do not pass on our operating costs to the families(which is forbidden by law for all actors who collect school invoices amicably), and our follow-up always includesthe possibility of a (free) payment planif necessary.

Human emphasis ensures complaint-free course

Our support allows schools to focus on their core teaching tasks. Ourhuman emphasishas been bearing fruit for decades: in all these years, during which we have approached thousands of parents,no complaint has ever reached us or the schools. We are proud of that! We realise that we havea social role to play as mediators.
