European Order for Payment Procedure
Glossary
The European order for payment procedure is a simplified judicial mechanism for cross‑border recovery of uncontested monetary claims within the EU, both B2C and B2B. It is conducted in writing using standard forms and does not require a physical court appearance. If the debtor does not lodge an objection, the order becomes automatically enforceable.
