Explicit acceptance

Express acceptance means that a party clearly and unambiguously agrees to the terms, typically through a formal act such as signing the contract or explicitly confirming acceptance. This form of acceptance removes any doubt about the party’s consent and ensures that the agreed terms become legally binding.
