Property right

Property rights allow an owner to reclaim goods, even if they are in the possession of a bankrupt debtor. This right must be invoked correctly and on time. Under Article XX.194 WER, retention of title must be invoked before the filing of the first verification report—usually within 30 days after the bankruptcy ruling.
