Regsol is the official Belgian platform for managing insolvency cases. Creditors file their claims electronically. The deadline is typically 30 days after the bankruptcy notice in the Belgian Official Gazette. The practical prescription period for filing a claim is one year. Regsol improves transparency and efficiency.
