Traditional legal proceedings

Glossary

A traditional legal procedure is a judicial process in which a dispute is submitted to the court, including hearings, a judgment, and potential enforcement measures. It is suitable for contested claims and may take months or years, depending on complexity. Costs may include lawyers’ fees, court fees, procedural indemnities, and bailiff fees, which can often be recovered from the debtor if the creditor wins.
