Tacit acceptance
Tacit acceptance means that a party accepts the terms not through explicit confirmation, but through conduct that clearly shows consent. This may include actions such as continuing to perform the contract, paying an invoice, submitting a case, or behaving in a way that implies agreement with the terms. Unlike express acceptance, tacit acceptance does not require a signature or formal declaration and is typically recognized in B2B relationships.
