WIK (Wet Incassokosten)

Wet Incassokosten (WIK) regulates the maximum extrajudicial debt collection costs that may be charged in the Netherlands when payments are made late. The Act specifies how debt collection costs must be calculated and aims to protect consumers and small businesses from excessive costs during a debt collection procedure.
